TIPH supporting trade in Hebron Old City during Ramadan

TIPH will sponsor the flour used for traditional Ramadan sweets and bread made in the bakeries of the old market of Hebron. TIPH will supply the bakers with 18 000 kg of flour, allowing Hebronites to purchase these products at half price during Ramadan. TIPH wishes to encourage all Hebron citizens to visit the Old City and its markets, their relatives and friends living there. TIPH hopes that this will contribute to enhance the return of normal life in that part of the city.

TIPH will supply the bakers with 18 000 kg of flour, allowing Hebronites to purchase these products at half price during Ramadan.Temporary International Presence in Hebron (TIPH) wishes to express its congratulations to the Hebronites on the occasion of the Holy Month of Ramadan. 

In recognition of the great importance of the Holy Month, and as part of the efforts of TIPH to ease the life of the Palestinian population in Hebron, TIPH will sponsor the flour used for traditional Ramadan sweets and bread made in the bakeries of the Old Souq of Hebron. TIPH will supply the bakers with 18 000 kg of flour, allowing Hebronites to purchase these products at half price during Ramadan. The support and distribution of the flour is conducted in cooperation with Hebron Rehabilitation Committee.

In addition, on the 30th of September, the TIPH sponsors one meal distributed by the Ibrahimi Soup Kitchen, as a gift to the population in the Old City. TIPH expects 2000 children to benefit from this action.
