February 21st, the TIPH visited the Fahid al-Qawasma Schools for Boys, a primary school in Hebron, to inform the children about the TIPH mandate and its activities.

The visit was lead by Community Relation Officer Kamil Azhar from Norway and observers Wassila Mansouri from Switzerland and Louise Eg from Denmark. The team was received by the school’s headmaster, Mr. Muhammad Aqnibi, who informed the visitors about the school, its traditions and achievements.

Two classes were visited, and the TIPH team got an opportunity to answer to the kids’ questions on TIPH and on the visitor’s countries.

— The kids asked really smart and relevant questions, like – what are we reporting about, who gets the reports and how can we be contacted. And we also got an opportunity to have fun, playing with the kids during the break, says Community Relations Officer Kamil Azhar.

The visit is a part of a Community Relations Program, where the TIPH visits schools all over Hebron, and similar visits are performed every Monday in different schools.
