24 July, 2014: The Temporary International Presence in Hebron, participated in the closing ceremony of the project in the Training Centre of the Ministry of Education. 

The Right to play project is built to meet the growing demand for intervention in the lives of children and youth in the marginalized area of Hebron’s Old City.

– The project designed to apply the methodology of play and sport as a tool for development to tackle community issues in Hebron (H1, H2) areas. The idea is to building peaceful communities through the training of teachers and leaders from the community, to implement play and sport activities, says Community Relation Officer Adnan Kharoubi.

Six hundred Palestinian children from the city of Hebron directly benefited from the project through participation in structured play and sport activities
