Theatre show at the Spanish Academy for children living in H2

On 14 July, 2015 the Hebron Rehabilitation Committee (HRC) together with TIPH organised a theatre show for children in the Old City of Hebron.

On 14 July, 2015 the Hebron Rehabilitation Committee (HRC) together with TIPH organised a theatre show for children in the Old City of Hebron. The interactive play, which dealt with poverty, bullying and respect, brought more than 60 children to the Spanish Academy. At the end of the play each child received a Ramadan-gift to bring home.

The theatre show is part of a stress and relief programme run by HRC and financed by TIPH aiming at promoting cultural diversity and encouraging democracy and non-violence through various activities for children living in H2.

More than 60 children came to see the theatre show.

HRC Director Imad Hamdan welcomed the children and thanked TIPH for the support.

The play engaged the children and they discussed issues such as values, poverty and respect.
