One hundred girls and boys aged 8-14 years are participating in a summer camp funded by TIPH and the Hebron-France Association.

The children are taking part in different activities related to the theme “Environment and Heritage”. In one room a group of girls are making wallets out of used packages for juice. In the front yard some boys are participating in different games, such as carrying glasses in their mouths, filling them with water, while dipping their heads in buckets.

Girls and boys have different activities but meet for lunch, which is provided for all the participating children.

The purpose of the summer camp is to offer ten days of activities for children living in the Old City of Hebron, and at the same time, create an interest for saving the nature, through recycling and looking after our environment.
