Hebron Saleswomen Receive Diplomas

29 March TIPH Head of Mission, Einar Johnsen, handed out diplomas to 27 Hebron women who completed a business course, partially funded by the TIPH and arranged by the Hebron Chamber of Commerce.

29 March TIPH Head of Mission, Einar Johnsen, handed out diplomas to 27 Hebron women who completed a business course, partially funded by the TIPH and arranged by the Hebron Chamber of Commerce.

The women received 150 hours of training, both practical and theoretical, which covered areas like management, communication, marketing and sales skills. The coming month the women will work as interns in shops and enterprises to further develop their practical skills.

— This course is set up based on the demands and needs of the local market, and it provides an opportunity for employment and entrepreneurship among Hebron women. I am very pleased that TIPH has been able to support this project, says TIPH Head of Mission, Einar Johnsen.

The ceremony was attended by, apart from the participating women, representatives of TIPH and the Hebron Chamber of Commerce.
