Temporary International Presence in the City of Hebron

TIPH is a civilian observer mission in the West Bank city of Hebron. TIPH reports on breaches of the agreements on Hebron and human rights law, and presents its findings to the member countries and to the Palestinian and Israeli authorities.

 
 

How to apply for project support

Any non-profit organization operating within the TIPH Area of Responsibility (AoR) is eligible to apply for financial support for specific projects. The TIPH criteria for allocating support are as follows:

·        The organization/institution must be registered at the Ministry of Interior.

·        The organization/institution must be operating within the AoR of TIPH, and all beneficiaries must be from the AoR. Priority is given to projects implemented in area H2.

·        The organization/institution must be non-profit and the proposed project must have a zero sum budget.

·        The aims of the projects must be in line with the mandate of TIPH, hence, in broad terms, it must be seeking to benefit the Hebronites in a sustainable way.

Community Relations has at its disposal a budget of USD 100 000 per six months period, and has to prioritize within this limit.
