Complain to the Police

You can call the police at any time. If you live in Area H2 in Hebron, complaints can also be filed at the Givat Ha’avot Blue Police station.

Sometimes you have to wait, but according to police regulations, they must accept any complaint and give you a receipt. You can visit the station your self, you can write a letter or call them.

> According to the law you can file your complaint in Arabic.

If the police refuse to accept your complaint, if they send you away or make you wait for a long time – this is a violation of the law. Then you can complain about the police. You can do this to the police internal investigation unit or to a human rights organisation.
