Temporary International Presence in the City of Hebron

TIPH is a civilian observer mission in the West Bank city of Hebron. TIPH reports on breaches of the agreements on Hebron and human rights law, and presents its findings to the member countries and to the Palestinian and Israeli authorities.

 
 

Complain About the Police

If the police does not answer you call, show up only after a great delay or don’t arrive at all, you can make a complaint to the commanding officer of Judea and Samaria district.

If you are denied the possibility to submit a complain to the police or if you are made to wait for a long time or even subjected you to humiliating treatment you can complain either about a specific police officer or a police station to the Public Complaints Department.

> If the police committed a crime against you or used unjustifiable force, you have the right to complain.

Submit your complaint to the Internal Police investigation’s Department.
