As part of the implementation of the mandate TIPH assists in the efforts to promote stability, economic development and the well-being of the Palestinian population of Hebron. The main aim of the community relations outreach is to support the efforts of the Parties to normalise the situation in Hebron.

TIPH supports a number of small-scale projects aiming at improving the welfare of the local community. The projects are implemented in cooperation with local non-profit organisations and institution working in the fields of education, health, sports, culture and human rights.

Further, through visits to schools, universities and local organisations, the Community Relations also provide information about the TIPH, its mandate and activities in Hebron.
